in other news, Point Break is on the tv right now. Makes me want to surf.

The Shiples, Junior, Frank and I headed down to what was to be the last game for the Anaheim Mighty Ducks, last night. I was going to take the cadillac, but Junior came up with a Lincoln towncar with tinted windows. You know what that means, ROADY SODYS!!!!

So here we go. We had some bad food at TJ McGillicuttys (whatever the fuck its called) and had some beers and some SUPER SNEAKY BEER ACTION. Here are the Shiple Brothers…Notice the all new totally awesome cracked lens lighting effect on my camera phone. Anyway, here is Frank looking a lot better than he will later. Trust me.

So we get into the stadium, and we’re immediately mobbed by hot Miller Light girls trying to get us to do a taste test for their “beer” (nasty). The point I’m trying to get to is that Frank ended up getting a whole lot more change back than what he gave them to enter into the contest. Enough to where things got pretty ugly later on. Before I get to that, here is some Edmonton Oilers fan tshirt. I wonder what he means by that.

Here is our own Squishy having a bit of a problem.

The bartender Robert really loved us, because we’d sing the “LETS GO ROBERT *clap clap clapclapclap*” (not like that guys tshirt). Cheering on bartenders is great fun. Especially when theres a line, Robert cracking up but not going any faster.

And now for the grand finale. Frank not feeling so good, pukes on himself and a little on me in the car. Admirably he gets an estimated 99% of the puke on himself, not a small feat considering the nachos, beer, and jack daniels in his stomach. Outside of the car, total ew. Not this way fool!

Our heroes decide to take a little nap at the gas station.

Finally we make it home, hose off the car, and say GOOD NIGHT FRANK!!!!

By The Pain I See In Others

Hot damn that was a good game, despite the Ducks losing. Highlights:

roady-sody’s on the freeways of Orange County, Frank pissing on the rear tire, Squishy’s brother Chris parked two cars ahead of us and we didn’t see him, but Squishy noticed the car and the killer parking job and the wide open door. It turns out he was late to get someone their tickets and ran out of his car, locked his keys in the trunk, and left the door wide open. Frank then notices a police officer in the road ahead of us while he’s trying to pound a beer. Finally we have Squishy trying to take a piss on Melrose Avenue…

Oh and all three of us wore our Kings jerseys. We got some flack for that, which was what we were after anyway.

good times, good times. Here’s to hoping they make game 5 and we can go again!
